Head Coach Vacancy - Llantwit Fardre RFC Womens

 

Now playing in WRU Division 1 after two very successful back to back league winning campaigns; the club now requires a dynamic and experienced Head Coach to take our already well established and successful team to the next level.

The Head Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering training sessions along with the other members of his/her coaching team. They will also be responsible for team selection and game day planning. 

The Head Coach will also be expected to create an environment that balances player development with team performance, along with a busy social side. 

The candidate must be able to communicate, articulate and reinforce a clear coaching philosophy that is consistent across the entire squad and includes all assistant coaches. 

The Head Coach will have the opportunity to select his/her own coaching team to ensure the delivery of his/her own philosophy.

The Head Coach will also have the opportunity to influence and mould the development of girls rugby within the area, and the progression from women’s junior rugby through to senior rugby, as the Club hosts one of the largest girls rugby Hub in Wales. 

 

Applicants should meet the following criteria: 

• The Coach would ideally have Full Game Level 3 certificate (progressive level 2 full game acceptable)

• Must have a minimum of 2 years coaching experience. 

• Have a Rugby CV outlining previous coaching experience and positions held
